By adding the optional functions including:

double shear
vibration feeding hopper
operation can be down easily and quickly.
Material discharge can be done by jacketed pump and piping system, with help of magnetic filter, metal content can be controlled in a proper range.
Different from other smaller capacity chocolate conche machine, the 3000L chocolate conche comes with two scraper frame to make the scraper system stronger.
Material of scraper and lining bar available in both 65 M/N Steel and 13 M/N Steel, which gives about 8-10 years working life.
