This customized bulk chocolate auto weighing system is designed to use with chocolate belt coater. Almonds, peanuts, berries coated with chocolate in belt coater will transfer to a vibration sieve to select required size before it goes to Z shaped bucket elevator.
Vibration feeder at input position of z shaped bucket elevator controls feeding speed to auto weighing system.
Chocolate will weigh by auto weighing system build on the plateform then fill to boxes which carry by roller conveyor
Boxes will be sealed automatically by the case sealer.
To meet higher standards, this whole system can also be made to full 304 stainless steel.
