Chocolate Enrober

Chocolate Enrober is a typical machine for uniformly coating chocolate on the centre material surface, including the base and ends. The centre material can be nougat, biscuit, fondant or caramel.

The width of enrober can be made to customized requirements from 400-2400mm, the length of cooling tunnel is based on product specifications and cooling tunnel frame is manufactured by stainless steel or mild steel. All chocolate connected parts are of 304 stainless steel.
