Chocolate Enrober is a typical machine for uniformly coating chocolate on the center material surface, including the base and ends. The center material can be nougat, biscuit, fondant or caramel.
The width of enrober can be made to customized requirements from 400-2400mm, the length of cooling tunnel is based on product specifications. All belt support rollers, belt driven roller, enrobing mesh belt and reserve tank can be pulled out quickly for easy cleaning.
