Chocolate Mass Machine
For chocolate mass milling machines, we provide chocolate conche, chocolate ball mill, conche and ball mill combined system to suit different capacity requirements.
For new beginnings, it is suggested to use the scraper type chocolate conche, NJ Machinery® provides 50L model for lab and recipe design purpose, for industrial production, capacity various from 500L to 3000L available.
For higher capacity chocolate milling requirements, conche and ball mill may connect together to shorten milling time, capacity can go up to 1200-1500kg/h.
This depends on which chocolate milling machine you use, if you use scraper type chocolate conche, conching step is not necessary.
But if the chocolate milling is done by ball mill, it is suggested to use chocolate storage tank or conching machine to finish the conching step, to remove the acid, air bubbles and moisture.
NJ Machinery® offer strong magnetic filter and in-line filter to remove the metal contents from chocolate.
Air bubbles mostly form during fast milling, the most easy way is to use chocolate storage tank keep stirring function on for 6-8 hours to remove the air bubbles.
NJ Machinery® offers PLC control system for conche and ball mill, also auto weighing cells to save labour cost, once loading finished, the rest progress can be full automatically.
