NJ Machinery® offers a wide range of chocolate moulding lines, capacity various from 30kg/h to 2000kg/h and even higher based on different automatic levels.
For new beginnings, we would like to suggest semi auto chocolate moulding line which can start from a mini chocolate depositor with around 100 pcs chocolate moulds, chocolate cooling can be down in a cooling room or a refrigerator.
For capacity higher than 60kg/h, it is suggested to consider automatic chocolate moulding line, depending on different production needs, the automatic chocolate moulding line can be one shot chocolate moulding line, two shots chocolate moulding line, three shots or even more depositing hoppers moulding line.
NJ Machinery® offers two main type moulding lines: traditional chain type moulding line and super modular chocolate moulding line.
For common products like solid chocolate bar, chocolate truffle or chocolate bonbon with or without center filling, etc., it is suggested to use the traditional chain type chocolate moulding line which is more compact and economical.
For high requirements to make colorful chocolate products, like chocolate animals, chocolate patterns, with rich flavour fillings including cream, jam, crushed or whole nuts, biscuits, it is suggested to use the super modular chocolate moulding line. Also for limited space, this super modular chocolate moulding line can use 90 degree or 180 degree conveyor to max. use your factory.
