Lab Chocolate Conche

Chocolate Refiner Conche is an all-in-one unit for chocolate production which is easy to install, start and operate. It works by means of rotating blades that provide pressure against lining bars on inner wall of the milling cylinder. With the design of helical gear gearbox which enables maximum energy transfer with minimum consumption. Double jacketed milling cylinder with build in heater and circulation pump ensure an even distribution of operating temperatures.

 

Lab chocolate conche mostly designed for chocolate lab or bakery shop small scale testing or production purpose,  max.working capacity 50L, mini working capacity 10L. General milling time about 6-10 hours depending on material.
Enlarged feeding hopper allows quick loading, assit by the magnetic filter, chocolate metal content can be controlled in a safe range.
