Lab Candy Depositor

NJ Machinery® Mini Candy Depositor is designed for making both soft candy and hard candy, including jelly, toffee, fudge, fondant, single color or stripped.

This mini candy depositor is servo motor controlled via a PLC & HMI touch screen, depositing operations can be easily controlled. Depending on the candy size and shape, this mini depositor can produce approximately 30kg of deposited product per hour.

An indexing conveyor will take moulds through the depositor, depositing was protected by no-mould no-deposit system and moulds are removed by hands after depositing. Demoulding is done manually. Different nozzle plates & piston configurations are required for different mould impression layouts.
