NJ Machinery® Double Paddle Mixer is designed for mixing dry material like protein powder, protein granules or nuts, dried fruits with liquid, including corn syrup, caramel, or other syrup, cooked or not, with or without butter.
This Double Paddle Mixer normally match the Cereal Bar Forming Line to mix nuts, cereals with various syrup according to production needs. Paddle can be sigma type or sector type based on different requirements.
